Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Trak Wellness Inc. ("we", "us") handles information in the Dick Carriers app and website. Dick Carriers is a fitness and community app featuring Dick Carriers.

Information we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email address and password. Passwords are stored and checked by our sign-in provider (Clerk); we never see them in plain text.
• Profile details you choose to add, such as age, gender, height, weight, goals and a profile photo.
• Activity and health data, only with your permission: steps and workouts from Apple Health, and, if you connect a wearable (for example Garmin, Oura, Fitbit or WHOOP), activity, sleep and heart-rate summaries shared through our wearable partner ROOK.
• Location, only when you record a run, walk or ride: the GPS route of that activity, so it can be mapped and counted toward challenges. You can allow location only while using the app, and turn it off at any time in your iPhone settings.
• Content you create: posts, comments, messages, photos, meal photos, challenge progress, and messages you send to Coach DC, the AI coach.
• Coaching applications, only if you apply for 1-on-1 coaching: your answers, and the phone number and Instagram handle you choose to give, which are shared with Dick Carriers and their team so they can contact you.
• Purchases: which subscriptions you have and when they renew. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your card details.
• Shop: if you buy a product from the Shop in the Market, we record which product you chose so we can count orders started in the app. Checkout happens on the seller's own Shopify store: your payment, shipping and contact details go to that store and Shopify under their privacy policies, not to us.
• Device information: a push-notification token and basic technical logs (such as app version and errors) that keep the service working.

How we use it

• To run the app: your account, communities, challenges, leaderboards, rewards and live sessions.
• To track challenge progress from the activity data you allow, and to map activities you record.
• To answer your questions to Coach DC and estimate nutrition from meal photos you submit.
• To send notifications you can turn off at any time in your iPhone settings.
• To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use health data for advertising or share it with data brokers. Data from Apple Health is used only to provide the app's features.

Service providers

We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf, only to run Dick Carriers:

• Clerk — sign-in and password security
• OpenAI — AI coach replies and meal-photo nutrition estimates (the message or photo you submit)
• Google Firebase — delivering push notifications
• ROOK — connecting wearables you choose to link
• LiveKit — live video sessions
• Giftbit — sending gift cards you redeem in the Market (your email address)
• Shopify — the seller's own checkout when you buy a product from the Shop (you enter your details there)
• Apple — App Store purchases and Apple Health
• Our hosting provider, which stores the service's data on secured servers

What other members see

Your name, profile photo, posts, comments and leaderboard progress are visible to other members of the communities you join. Your email address, health data and activity routes are not shown to other members unless you choose to share them.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support@jointrak.io; this deletes your account and associated data, except records we must keep by law (for example, purchase records). Backup copies are overwritten within 7 days.

Children

Dick Carriers is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your profile in the app, turn off Apple Health, wearable or notification access at any time, and ask us for a copy of your data or to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights; contact us to use them.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app for significant changes.
